Paulet Downey, owner of Skin Products Work!, is a certified medical skincare therapist. Her experience in the beauty industry is unique because she has training and working knowledge on over 60 mass, derm and prestige beauty brands for over 11 years' as a beauty consultant for a major Canadian beauty department store, over 15 years' experience in the business world, along with education and experience working in a public relations and corporate environment.

Her goal is to help educate beauty brands about the beauty customer base and how to meet their needs, while creating business plans, strategies, and solutions to help beauty brands become better.

She is an expert in all things beauty, but her niche is skincare.
Additional education: Paulet has an associate degree in Arts and Science and certificates in Human Resources Management and Event Management.
